Feb. 28 is the submission deadline date for two City art contests: the second annual “Black History Month: “Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion” Art Contest, and the first-ever Traffic Signal Box Art Contest. The Black History Month Art Contest is open to students in grades Pre-K-12; the Traffic Signal Box Art Contest is open to individual artists of any age residing in the city and to nonresident students attending a school located within Richardson. Both contests are free to enter and are great ways for artists to have their work seen by a broad audience and earn cash prizes.
