Time is running out to register to vote in the Nov. 5 election—voter registration applications must be postmarked by Monday, Oct. 7 or brought in person to the county registrar’s office by end of business on that day in order to participate. The postage-paid application is available online at www.votetexas.gov as well as at the Richardson Public Library’s Circulation Desk.
New registered voters will receive their voter cards by mail. Early voting begins Oct. 21.
