DART is hosting several community meetings this month to update the public on the progress of the Silver Line Regional Rail Project. The project will provide rail service along the 26-mile-long Silver Line corridor from DFW International Airport to Plano. A meeting in Richardson will be held Tuesday, Jan. 24 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the UT Dallas campus (Davidson Auditorium at the Naveen Jindal School of Management), 800 W. Campbell Rd. Other meeting dates/locations include a Jan. 26 meeting at the Texas A&M AgriLife Dallas Center at 17360 Coit Rd., just north of Richardson’s Campbell/Coit intersection.
DART representatives and the Design-Build Contractor, Archer-Western Herzog, will be on hand at the meetings to outline the latest design and construction developments and answer questions.
