Learn about Private Jeff Morgan Tucker, the first African-American casualty from Collin County in World War 1, Tuesday from 11:30 a.m-12:30 p.m. in the Basement Program Room. Kristin Spalding, a volunteer with the Collin County History Museum, will share her findings on Pvt. Tucker, including information about his unmarked grave and his fellow African-American doughboys.
