On Thursday, Richardson City Councilman Ken Hutchenrider received the North Texas Commission’s 2023 Civic Leadership Award. The North Texas Commission’s Regional Awards recognize leaders and organizations that have had a positive impact on North Texas.
Councilman Hutchenrider was first elected to the City Council in 2019. He has served as president of Methodist Richardson Medical Center since 2010 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the health care industry.
