Thirteen projects were recognized by the City Council Monday as part of the 26th annual Community Revitalization Awards program. The program allows the City to thank property owners who have completed revitalization projects, either residential or commercial, that have made a significant, positive impact on their property and the surrounding area. The judging committee included representatives from the City Council, City Plan Commission and Chamber of Commerce.
