The Temporary City Hall Annex will open on Monday, Nov. 6. It is located at 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd. Suite 550, two doors down from the entrance to Temporary City Hall.
The Annex will feature a dedicated customer service area where representatives from key departments are available to help with municipal services. The setup replaces what has been in place at the Municipal Court since the August 2022 City Hall fire.
Departments housed in the Annex include:
- Building Inspection
- Code Enforcement
- Health
- Water Customer Service
The opening of the Annex marks the completion of the City’s footprint at the Campbell Creek complex, which also includes the Richardson Public Library and the City Council Chamber, accessed through Temporary City Hall.
The suite numbers for the three facilities are:
- Library – Suite 500
- Temporary City Hall – Suite 525
- Temporary City Hall Annex – Suite 550
