The City of Richardson has published the following list of contacts for anyone having trouble connecting with municipal services due to a website outage that has taken the City’s internet site offline.

The outage started Wednesday morning around 9 a.m. The City’s service provider reports its engineering teams have identified the cause as a network latency issue with a cloud service provider and that they are working to fix the problem. No estimate has been provided as to how long the outage will last.
