Thousands of blue recycling bags made their way to the Richardson Service Center today as we get ready for the annual Blue Bag Letters that will be mailed out soon.
There are more than 20 crates filled with Blue Bag boxes that will soon be delivered to City facilities for distribution.
Blue bags are ordered every year around this time to be ready for everyone who redeems their letter sent by the Mayor and the City Council, which is good for two rolls of the bags.
