Richardson City Manager Appoints New Director of Engineering and Capital Projects
Richardson City Manager Don Magner has appointed Jim Dulac to serve as the next Director of Engineering and Capital Projects. Dulac has been serving as interim director of the department since August and his first official day in the position will be November 1. Dulac has been with the City of Richardson for 22 years, most recently as the Assistant Director of Engineering and Capital Projects.
