    This unique annual competition, which began March 2, draws youth and college-level classical guitar competitors from across the globe and features master classes, lectures, college ensemble performances and concerts by internationally renowned guitarists.     Glenn Kurtz presents the Mitchell L. and Miriam Lewis Barnett Lecture in conjunction with the 53rd Annual Scholars’ Conference. There will be a pre-event reception at 6:30pm with the lecture starting at 7:15 p.m. Kurtz is the author of “Three Minutes in Poland: Discovering a Lost World in a 1938 Family Film.”
