All ages are invited to have a heart-happy Valentine afternoon with a storytime, puppet show, and fun artsy crafts! Storytime to begin at 2 p.m.; puppet show at 2:15 p.m. Storytime and puppet show will be located in City Council Chambers, enter through City Hall. Crafts and activities will be in the Library Youth Services Area afterward.
