Judging is underway on the City’s third annual MLK, Jr. Essay Contest and “Black History Month: Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion” Art Contest and should wrap up in the next few weeks. Winners will be recognized at the April 10 City Council meeting and their work will appear in the May Richardson Today.
