Altrusa International of Richardson awards scholarships to two- or four-year colleges or universities for students living in Richardson or attending RISD schools. Recipients will be selected based on scholastic achievement, financial need, community volunteerism, extra-curricular activities and a short essay. Applications are available online and are due by Feb. 21.
