Calling all creative residents in Richardson! The annual Cardboard Boat Regatta is taking place Saturday June 22 from 9 a.m.-Noon at the Cottonwood Pool at 1301 W. Belt Line Rd.
Residents are invited to use their creativity to design a boat using only cardboard and plastic wrap. Boats will be judged by creativity, speed and titanic (most epic sinking) for prizes.
Bring your constructed boat to Cottonwood Pool and race against the competition! Two to six people allowed per boat.
