RICHARDSON – The Arts Incubator of Richardson (AIR) has gone digital with its popular program “AIRTime” now available through social media.
AIR, which is funded in part by the City of Richardson through the Cultural Arts Commission, is the latest organization offering online programs amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Since we are on Facebook Live there is no movie, but we will still have a 45-minute interview as we had in the past. The format remains the same of featuring creatives of all types in our community,” said David Nethery, Board President of the Arts Incubator of Richardson.
AIRTime is one of the organization’s signature events that prior to the pandemic was hosted at the Alamo Drafthouse in Richardson.
In September, AIR featured renowned bronze sculptor Angela De La Vega and on Wed., Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. the discussion will feature Michael Granberry, the arts and feature writer for The Dallas Morning News.
