Richardson residents are invited to the next installment of AIR Time which takes place Tuesday November 12 at the Alamo Drafthouse starting at 7 p.m.

Leaders with Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters will be the featured guest and the 1982 film, “Diner,” will be screened.  They will be sharing the art and science of coffee roasting, and how getting the right flavor emerges from a roaster’s background and roasting philosophy.

“I think Air Time has been successful because first of all, we have a great partnership with Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and they have certainly helped us strive to be more innovative and creative with our thought processes but also who doesn’t like to hear a good interview and a enjoy a good movie,” said Kitty Goddard, president of Arts Incubator of Richardson.

Audio from Air Time’s interview will be recorded and produced into a podcast. AIR Time is a movie-paired-with-an-interview series organized through the Arts Incubator of Richardson (AIR) and funded in part by the City through the Cultural Arts Commission.
