The 30th annual Family 4th Celebration was held Thursday night at Breckinridge Park.
Attendees were treated to a performance by the Richardson Community Band, which played a mix of patriotic tunes and pop hits.
The night was capped off with a 23-minute fireworks show set to music, with the fireworks shot off over the lake ensuring there was not a bad seat in the house.
The night began with the newly crowned Miss Texas’ Outstanding Teen Allie Graves singing the national anthem. Miss Texas Chandler Foreman was also in attendance, one of her first public appearances since being crowned last week at the Eisemann Center.
