Richardson Police Department’s Richardson Police Explorer Post #761 took home several honors recently at the Metroplex Challenge held in Grand Prairie. Thanks to hard work, dedication and teamwork, the group brought home awards in multiple categories: 

  • 1st Place—Mental Health Scenario 
  • 1st Place—Female Physical Agility Course 
  • 2nd and 3rd Place—Bicycle Obstacle Course 

Richardson’s Explorer program provides hands-on career activities for young men and women ages 14-20 who are interested in law enforcement careers.
