Public Services staff will be at Fire Station 6, 3591 Park Vista Rd. and Whole Foods Market-CityLine, 1411 E. Renner Rd., on select afternoons in April to spread the word about the benefits of recycling. Vouchers good for one free roll of blue bags will be given to Richardson residents with proof of residency. Vouchers may be redeemed in the Grand Hall of Richardson City Hall during regular business hours.
