Meet Yuval Segal, last year’s winner in the 1st to 3rd Grade of the Black History Month: Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion Art Contest.
Yuval used clay to create figures that were placed around “The Table of Brotherhood” with a portrait of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and a sign that reads Friendship.
Entries for the Art Contest are being accepted now through Feb. 29.
The contest is open to students in grades 1-12 who live in Richardson or attend school within the city.
