In two phases, first the bike lane and then the left lane of northbound Waterview Drive between Prestwick Lane and Campbell Road may be closed to traffic alternately at all times while a water main is installed and concrete is replaced. As the work progresses, the left lanes of both northbound and southbound Waterview Drive may be closed at the same time with the bike lanes acting as travel lanes. Be aware that if the contractors need to pour concrete or haul material between 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in the area, they may close a second northbound or southbound lane 10-15 minutes at a time, flagging and detouring the traffic to the adjacent street while the road is fully closed. The work is expected to be complete by late October.
