Voter registration applications for the March 1 primary election must be mailed to your county registrar and postmarked by Jan. 31 or brought in person to the registrar’s office by end of business on that day in order to participate. The application to register is available online at www.votetexas.gov as well as at Richardson City Hall and the Richardson Public Library. Note that the online application is for printing only; prospective voters cannot submit the application online.
In addition, the last day to apply to vote by mail is Feb. 18 (must be received by your county’s early voting administrator by this date).
New registered voters will receive their voter cards by mail. Early voting begins Feb. 14.
