Community Events has announced the list of entertainers who will perform at the Oct. 1-2 Cottonwood Art Festival at Cottonwood Park.

Community Services staff presented a draft ordinance to the City Council Monday regarding regulations for short-term rentals.

Due to the Aug. 22 fire at City Hall, the Richardson City Hall/Civic Center will not serve as a polling location for the Nov. 8 General and Joint Election or for the election’s early voting period, which takes place Oct. 24-Nov. 4.
