After a public hearing at Monday’s City Council meeting, the Richardson City Council approved a zoning change for 16.4 acres located at the northeast corner of North Glenville Drive and East Lookout Drive, changing the property’s zoning from Industrial to Planned Development to accommodate a 590-unit, mixed residential community.
