The Richardson Civic Art Society has been presenting its most prestigious annual exhibit, a juried show open to all Texas artists, this month at the Eisemann Center. Approximately 80 pieces are accepted into the show each year. The Best of Show artwork is purchased by RCAS and presented to the City of Richardson to be permanently displayed at the Richardson Public Library.
