Richardson’s recycling mascot, Phil-up the Blue Bag, will make two appearances next week, handing out information and recycling freebies, including vouchers for a free roll of blue bags for Richardson residents:

McDonald’s, 1251 E. Belt Line Rd.—10-11 a.m. - Thursday, July 25
Richardson Public Library—1-2:30 p.m.
