The first tornado debris hauling trucks have arrived and are staging in preparation for cleanup of tornado damaged areas Friday. These are very large vehicles that will be traveling down neighborhood streets.
The size of these trucks makes it imperative for people in the storm cleanup zones to please be sure to have a plan in place to move personal or contractor vehicles on the street to allow these trucks access to pick up debris.
People whose property is blocked will be skipped on the first round of debris collection. Please pass the word to your neighbors to help keep the roads clear of vehicles when these heavy haulers come through.
