The life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. provides the backdrop to live scenes that recreate the Montgomery bus boycott, the March on Washington, the Woolworth sit-ins and more, taking place in the Library’s Basement Program Room from 3-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2. This theatrical production is open to second grade students up to adults. Listen to Civil Rights era songs, hear excerpts of Dr. King’s famous speeches and encounter many memorable characters.
