Two of Richardson’s four neighborhood pools, Terrace and Canyon Creek, will not open as scheduled on Saturday, June 1. Both pools lost power after a storm on Tuesday, May 28, which impacts pumping and other water quality systems. The City’s Parks and Recreation crews will assess the chemical levels and pool equipment once power is restored.
Heights Family Aquatic Center, along with Cottonwood and Glenville pools, will open as scheduled on June 1.
Opening information will be available as soon as possible at www.cor.net/Aquatics. For storm recovery information, visit www.cor.net/SevereWeather.
