Experience technology the fun way during this come-and-go C-TECH afternoon featuring LEGOs, littleBits, Ozobots, and more. 

  • I Survived at the Library! 

First Floor Program Room (and later exploring in the Youth Services Area) 

Tuesday, March 15 

3-5 p.m.  

For children in grades 3-6  

Lauren Tarshis’ “I Survived” meets STEAM. Visit historical locations and events like the San Francisco Earthquake in this new and engaging exploration of the Library.  

  • LEGO Marble Run

Wednesday, March 16 

2-3:30 p.m. 

For ages 4 and up  

It’s maker time! Work alone or in teams to create a LEGO marble run with ramps, jumps and more. Recycled materials and LEGOs provided.  

  • “Pecos Bill: A Texas Tall Tale” Puppet Show

Celebrate World Puppetry Day with puppet master Sandy Shrout as she presents an entertaining puppet show, then make your own puppet and get expert puppeteering tips.
