Students are returning to classrooms across Richardson. Plano ISD students began school Tuesday, followed by Richardson ISD students Wednesday. School-zone speed limits and flashers are active, and drivers should use extra caution near campuses.
Traffic near the UT Dallas campus is also expected to increase as residence halls open on a staggered schedule beginning Monday, Aug. 17. The fall semester begins Monday, Aug. 24.
