The City of Richardson announced today that the annual Family 4th of July Celebration at Breckinridge Park, scheduled for July 4, will not be held this year. The cancellation was necessary because large gatherings are still prohibited and there is no way to safely modify the event to include the steps necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
