Richardson Mayor Paul Voelker and the City Council will present the annual State of the City Address, Wednesday, Jan. 29 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Eisemann Center’s Bank of America Theatre. The Address is free and open to the public with a reception to follow in the Leftwich Grand Foyer. The Address will also be available to watch live online or on the City’s cable access channel and will be made available to watch on-demand a day after the event.
