Renderings of Public Safety Campus
The finalists for “Best Real Estate Deals of 2018” were announced Sunday by The Dallas Business Journal, and several are located in Richardson, including the new Public Safety Campus.
Judges representing various sectors of commercial real estate evaluate projects from across the DFW Metroplex each year and choose “the very best of what the industry had to offer” in the past year.”
More than 50 new developments, facilities, expansions, land transactions, reuse projects and lease renewals were chosen as finalists—Richardson’s finalists and the categories in which they were nominated are:
- City of Richardson Public Safety Campus – Community or Neighborhood Impact
- The UT Dallas Engineering Building – Education
- Fossil Group Headquarters – Lease Renewal
- Methodist Richardson Medical Center Expansion – Medical
