The fall Cottonwood Art Festival taking place Oct. 1-2 will include an inaugural “Chalk the Walk” Art Contest. Artists age 12+ will have the opportunity to create a masterpiece of their choice on the sidewalks of Cottonwood Park Oct. 1 with a chance to win up to $500 in cash prizes. Artists may participate solo or in a team/family group of up to four members. Registration fees range from $10-$20. Deadline to register is Sept. 28. No registrations will be taken the day of the event and spots are limited.
