Public Services staff are scheduled to be at the Richardson Public Library Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the rest of August from 2:30-3:30 p.m. to spread the word about the benefits of recycling. Stop by to receive a voucher good for one free roll of blue bags (make sure to bring proof of Richardson residency).
