After an unauthorized access incident Sept. 25, the process to take down, check, and restore sections of the City’s network is continuing and still may cause intermittent outages.  If you’re trying to access the City’s website or MyRichardson mobile applications and experiencing difficulty, waiting a few minutes and trying again can result in success. In-person service is available during regular business hours at the City’s Annex adjacent to City Hall, 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd., Ste. 550, and the City’s 24-hour response line has a backup phone number: 972-744-4487.
