The City Council was briefed Monday on the City’s pothole response and maintenance program, in alignment with one of the Tactics developed to achieve the Council’s 2023-25 Goal, “Document and Continuously Improve Business Processes.” The program, part of the Public Services Department, responds to unknown and unsafe street conditions reported by the community, with safety to vehicular and pedestrian traffic a priority.
Highlights of the review included:
- Pothole service requests for FY22 to FY23
- Potholes repair methods
- Resources utilized to fund repairs
