An open house to gather community input on the design of a future new City Hall and on the Envision Richardson Comprehensive Plan Update is set for tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 28 at Heights Recreation Center. Architects, engineers and planners will be available to answer questions and will have displays of the current direction on each project.
