The City of Richardson is hosting its annual Family 4th Celebration on Friday, July 4, at Breckinridge Park, 3555 Brand Rd., beginning at 6 p.m. Anyone wishing to attend the free event is invited to bring picnics, blankets and/or lawn chairs and enjoy an evening that includes activities for children, live music, concessions/food trucks and a spectacular fireworks show.
