The colorful portrait art of Richardson Civic Art Society member Bharathi Dev is the latest exhibit at Heights Recreation Center. Dev explores topics of feminism, women of the world, happiness, human connections, human emotions and Mother Nature in her work, and has won several awards as part of juried shows in the DFW area, including a recent first place (Pastel-Graphics) in the RCAS Membership show currently on display at the Eisemann Center.
