Richardson residents are now able to use the myRPL app when picking up curbside Library items they have already reserved. Use the following simple instructions:
- Place items on hold through your online Library account or by calling 972-744-4350
- Open the myRPL app
- Click the My Account > Holds > Curbside Delivery button.
(You’ll only see the button if you have a Hold ready to check out.) - When you arrive, park in a numbered Curbside spot, follow instructions in the app to indicate the spot where you’ve parked, and Library staff will bring your item(s) to your vehicle.
Residents without the app as well as nonresidents can call 972-744-4350 when picking up curbside items. Curbside pick-up takes place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:30-5 p.m. and is only available for books, CDs, DVDs and audiobooks.
