With icy conditions expected to continue through Saturday afternoon, City of Richardson facilities will continue to operate on a modified schedule this weekend due to severe winter weather. Impacts listed below:
CLOSURE INFORMATION
The following City facilities will remain closed on Saturday, Feb. 5:
- Huffhines Tennis Center (open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday)
- Richardson Senior Center (will reopen Monday, Feb. 7)
- Sherrill Park Golf Course (will reopen when weather allows)
MODIFIED FACILITY HOURS INFORMATION *
The following City facilities will operate on a modified schedule Saturday, Feb. 5 and Sunday, Feb. 6:
- Animal Shelter (open for all services 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sunday)
- Gymnastics Center (open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, closed as normal on Sunday)
- Heights Recreation Center (closed as normal on Saturday, open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday)
- Huffhines Recreation Center (open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, closed as normal on Sunday)
- Richardson Public Library (open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, normal hours Sunday)

OTHER IMPACTS
- Eisemann Center will resume normal hours of operation beginning Saturday.
- Municipal Court – All Feb. 3 and 4 due dates have been extended to 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7, and Feb. 3 dockets/hearings are rescheduled to Thursday, Feb. 10 at the same docket time.
