In preparation for this fall’s “Spread the Hope” Collin County Peanut Butter Drive, Collin County mayors (including Richardson Mayor Paul Voelker) came together this week to shoot a promotional video. The annual food drive, benefiting the North Texas Food Bank, kicks off in September with a goal of collecting 500,000 pounds of peanut butter. Last year the drive collected 350,000 pounds, 50,000 more than the 2021 goal.
