In keeping with the City Council’s 2021-23 Goal Strategy “to attract, develop and retain high-quality, innovative employees,” Communications staff unveiled a new recruitment campaign at Monday’s City Council work session. Called “Make a Difference,” the campaign will utilize several communication channels, particularly social media, to inform potential employees how they can make a difference and show the Richardson community how current City employees are making a difference through their daily work. The City’s employment website has also been updated and has listings for all the City’s open full and part-time positions.
