Local nonprofit Richardson Real Heroes (RRH) has extended the deadline to June 12 to nominate volunteers for its 2023 Richardson Real Heroes Award. Eligible candidates do not have to be a Richardson resident and are those who have:  

  • Not received significant prior formal recognition for their service outside the organization they support, 
  • Provided service in an exemplary way to benefit Richardson, its residents or schools, and 
  • Not received compensation for the award-qualifying activity. 

RRH recently became a 501(c)(3) and is not affiliated with any other entity or organization.
