More than 20 employees and family members from local planning and design firm Halff recently spent a sunny morning picking up trash in McKamy Spring Park and along the nearby Floyd Branch of Cottonwood Creek as part of Halff’s Community Initiative and the City’s Community & Corporate Environmental Cleanup Program.
The Community & Corporate Environmental Cleanup Program is open to any group who wants to help improve Richardson’s natural areas. All supplies are provided, including gloves and trash tongs, and filled bags are picked up when the project is finished.
