A groundbreaking was held Thursday for a new 384-unit luxury apartment building that will be an expansion of the Eastside development located on the southeast corner of US 75 and Campbell Road. The project, which will be known as The Caroline Eastside, will include a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units.
Eastside is a master-planned development that includes retail, office space and multi-family homes surrounding a one-acre central park with a fountain and amphitheater.
The Caroline Eastside project is expected to be complete in early 2025.
