Free Leak Detection Kits

Richardson is celebrating Fix a Leak Week, an EPA WaterSense program, this week. From March 18-24, free toilet leak detection tablet packs will be distributed at several city facilities.

Fix a Leak Week is a great time for residents to check for water leaks and drips inside the home. Did you know that a toilet leak can waste more than 200 gallons of water a day and is one of the largest water wasters in a home? Although you can usually hear a running toilet, some toilet leaks are silent.

From March 18-24, pick up leak detection packs at the following facilities during normal business hours.
