Letters were mailed to Richardson residents earlier this month good for two free rolls of 26 blue recycling bags, and the letters may be redeemed at Heights Recreation Center, Huffhines Recreation Center, the Senior Center and the Service Center during regular business hours.
In addition, Public Services staff will be out in the community each week in April on select afternoons, handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. Locations include Huffhines Park and 7th Day Coffee. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
